Infosys, ANA and Cannes Lions launch CMO AI Hub built on peer insights

Infosys, the Association of National Advertisers’ (ANA) Global CMO Growth Council, and Lions, the parent platform and organiser of the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, have launched an AI-powered peer-to-peer learning and collaboration platform for global chief marketing officers (CMOs) called CMO AI Hub.

Developed using Infosys’ AI-powered marketing suite, Infosys Aster, the CMO AI Hub uses conversational AI to enable marketing leaders to ask business questions in natural language and receive summarised insights drawn from curated research, case studies and executive perspectives from ANA, LIONS and the Infosys Knowledge Institute. CMOs will also have the chance to contribute insights to expand the platform’s knowledge over time.

“AI presents a unique opportunity for CMOs to move beyond efficiency gains and elevate marketing’s role as a growth driver,” said Infosys Global CMO Sumit Virmani.

“By combining the collective expertise of leading marketers with an AI-powered experience layer, CMO AI Hub transforms fragmented insights into shared intelligence that helps marketing leaders make informed decision and unlock greater business value.”

Infosys CMO AI Hub availability

Infosys said the AI Hub is available exclusively to members of ANA’s Global CMO Growth Council, which represents over 1,2000 chief marketers globally. The company also assured that human oversight, governance safeguards, and privacy-by-design principles are embedded throughout the hub “to deliver a trusted, enterprise-grade experience with long-term scalability”.

The CMO AI Hub has been launched alongside the CMO AI Playbook, which was developed by the Infosys Knowledge Institute from research including one-on-one interviews with CMOs and input from ANA members.

According to Infosys, the playbook captures those insights, while the AI Hub makes them available, labelling it as a “practical tool for day-to-day use”.

“CMOs told us they wanted real, practical guidance available in the moments when important decisions need to be made,” said ANA Group Executive VP and Global CMO Growth Council leader Nick Primola.

“The AI Hub turns the collective experience of the world’s leading marketers and experts into a resource that is available whenever members need it. It’s built by CMOs, for CMOs, and designed to help leaders make more informed decisions moving at the speed of marketing.”
