CrowdStrike earns consecutive Gartner Customers’ Choice honours

CrowdStrike has been named a Customers’ Choice in the 2026 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) report.

Based on 278 user reviews as of 31 January 2026, the company received the most five-star ratings and the most verified reviews of any vendor included in the report.

“Legacy SIEM was built for a threat environment that no longer exists, and the cost and complexity of maintaining it has become an operational and security liability,” said Ajit Sancheti, General Manager of CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM.

“Falcon Next-Gen SIEM has proven itself a scaled market disruptor, with performance, ease of deployment, and cost advantages that set it apart from legacy competitors, and agentic workflows that are powering the SOC of the future,” he said. “This recognition reflects what that platform consolidation looks like at scale.”

The SIEM recognition comes a week after the cybersecurity company was named Customers’ Choice in the 2026 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Managed Detection and Response (MDR) report.

In that report, the company’s Falcon Complete platform received a 98% willingness-to-recommend score, based on 137 user responses as of 31 January 2026.

“Agentic defense is a requirement against AI-powered adversaries,” said Falcon Complete General Manager and Vice President Austin Murphy.  “Security operations that rely on manual playbooks cannot match the speed of modern attacks.”

CrowdStrike and HCLTech partnership

Last month, CrowdStrike and HCLTech expanded their strategic partnership with the launch of Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) services, aimed at helping organisations identify, prioritise and remediate risks across endpoints, cloud, identity, applications and data.

The companies said the offering combines CrowdStrike’s threat intelligence and AI-driven detection with HCLTech’s service delivery capabilities to provide continuous visibility of risk and support faster remediation.

“Falcon Exposure Management gives organisations the real-time visibility and AI-driven insights they need to reduce and prioritise risk at scale,” said Daniel Bernard, CrowdStrike Chief Business Officer.

“HCLTech’s services expertise makes them the right partner to deliver this capability to customers globally. Together, we’re helping security teams move faster, consolidate operations, and stay ahead of adversaries.”

HCLTech said the expanded partnership supports a more automated approach to cybersecurity operations.

“Enterprises today require continuous visibility, contextual prioritisation, and rapid execution to stay resilient,” said HCLTech Executive Vice President and Global Head of Cybersecurity Amit Jain.

“By integrating our AI Force and Agentic AI solutions with the Falcon platform, we are enabling an intelligence-led, autonomous security model that reduces risk and delivers total resilience across the enterprise.”
