Acumatica has announced the launch of a new office in India and the expansion of its existing operations in Sri Lanka and Montreal, Canada.
The cloud-based solutions providerโs Chief People Officer Martha Lucia Groulx wrote in a blog post the companyโs need to expand its global footprint is based on its growing global partner ecosystem.ย
Last year, the company reported that it added 50 new independent software vendors to its marketplace, bringing the total number of partners to more than 500.
Groulxm noted its new operations in India will provide customer and partner support as well as engineering expertise.
โWith regional partners already providing stellar implementation customization, and support services to local SMBs, our local presence will add deep layers of direct support and incredible engineering know-how,โ she said.
The company also moved into an expanded office in Sri Lanka, citing that headcount grew to more than 100 in the last five years, and meant that it outgrew its shared space. As a result, the company has moved into โa beautiful office with plenty of room to accommodate a growing presence in the region, bolstering our global support so we can collaborate, innovate, and grow togetherโ.
โDeepening our roots locally while continuing to expand our global blueprint is a big milestone, and it allows us to create more opportunities, foster collaboration, and build a thriving future together.โ Groulxm said.
Acumatica growth in Canada
Similarly, the companyโs Canadian presence in Montreal also moved into an expanded office.
Acumatica CEO John Case previously said the companyโs Canadian offering had gained traction among local businesses.
โOur built-for-Canada solution delivers the operational visibility and financial agility these businesses need to adapt to shifting conditions,โ he said.
โAcumatica offers growing Canadian businesses tailored features they need, like regional tax compliance and bilingual capabilities, supported by a coast-to-coast partner network that understands local market conditions.โ
In May 2025, Vista Equity Partners acquired Acumatica. At the time, Vistaโs Managing Director John Stalder said: โWeโre excited to partner with Acumatica and its outstanding community of partners to drive continued growth and product innovation and to deliver even greater value to customers worldwide.โ
