Workday has announced the expansion of Workday GO to Australia and New Zealand as it looks to further support midsize organisations.ย ย ย
Workday describes Workday GO as an all-in-one solution to help midsized organisations manage HR, finance and payroll. The platform is embedded with AI capabilities to support employee self-service, workflow optimisation, automated financial insights and anomaly detection.
According to Workday, the solutionโs preconfigured design allows organisations to deploy the platform in weeks rather than months, helping businesses accelerate time to value while simplifying ongoing operations.
“Mid-market businesses across ANZ are under increasing pressure to grow, compete and adapt, without the same luxury of resources as larger enterprises,” Workday Australia senior regional director Matt Lovell said.
“We are seeing a noticeable shift towards companies wanting more scalable, AI-infused, enterprise-level platforms earlier on in the business lifecycle, that can be implemented quickly and deliver value from day one. Workday GO does exactly that.โ
The company added the launch comes as many midsize organisations โ which account for more than 97 per cent of business across Australia and New Zealand โ look to modernise operations and establish stronger data and technology foundations for AI.
Lovell touted that Workday GO is โperfectly matched for the ANZ landscape and its abundance of midsize businessesโ, providing organisations the โfoundation for long-term modernisationโ.
Local partner support for Workday GO in ANZ
Workday GO will be supported by a local partner network, including Datacom, Echo, Intecrowd, Kainos, Kliqtek, Mivada and Synergy Group.
Daniel Zrno, National Sales Director of Workday Solutions at Mivada, said the offering would help bring enterprise-level capability, at an at affordable price point, to the ANZ business community.ย ย
โWe believe so much in Workdayโs opportunity here that we recently became a Workday GO customer ourselves, and we are building out our deployment practice to support the demand for Workday we are seeing in-region,โ he said.
Meanwhile, Kainos APAC VP Will Aubrey-Jones said Workday GO solves a problem that has long existed in the midmarket segment. One thatโs had either system and limited offerings or powerful but out of reach.ย
โWorkday GO closes that gap, and Kainos is proud to be part of the local partner network bringing it to the ANZ region. With our Workday delivery expertise, we’ll help ANZ organisations get up and running in weeks, not months, on a preconfigured platform that scales with them,โ he said.
โFor the 97% of businesses that make up the mid-market, this is a genuine path to enterprise-grade HR, finance and payroll, at the right price point and pace to grow.โ
