Process intelligence vendor Aris has announced a company-wide rebrand where it aims to reposition itself as the go-to choice for enterprises looking to deploy and govern agentic AI.
According to the company, it will now focus on delivering agentic AI-enabled solutions that it said will give “enterprises a trusted foundation that aligns business intent, process logic, and autonomous execution”.
Aris CMO Tom Pressley called the rebrand as a “defining moment” for the firm.
“We are evolving our company identity to reflect our strategic vision – to be the trusted platform that enables enterprises to harness the power of agentic AI responsibly and with control,” he said.
“Our new brand articulates a broader purpose and value beyond traditional process intelligence – one that anchors AI autonomy in process logic, governance, and real business outcomes.”
To help set the company up for its next phase, Aris has updated its visual identity, messaging, and positioning across all touchpoints, including launching a new corporate website.
New CEO, new focus
The rebrand follows the recent appointment of Guillaume Bacuvier as Chief Executive Officer of Aris. He will spearhead the transition, moving Aris from the process intelligence market to the agentic AI space.
Bacuvier brings leadership experience across technology, data and software-enabled businesses. In the last decade, Bacuvier has served as CEO of multi-continent, data-centric companies including dunnhumby, Tesco’s data and analytics business and for the last five years Kantar Worldpanel, a business with over 3,000 employees globally.
He also previously spent over a decade at Google, where he eventually became Vice President in EMEA, and built and scaled some of the tech giant’s largest data-driven businesses in Europe and held P&L responsibility across multiple countries.
“I joined Aris because it is already a leader in process intelligence and uniquely placed to benefit as enterprises move rapidly toward autonomous and AI-driven ways of working, where they require a trusted foundation to ensure those systems operate with accuracy, transparency, and control,” Bacuvier said.
“Aris’ decades-deep understanding of business processes provides a unique platform to enable Agentic AI responsibly at scale. I am excited to work with the Aris team to build on this foundation and deliver sustained value for customers in the years ahead.”
